Cancellation policy

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full session fee.

Letters & care coordination

Letters, documentation, and consultation with your other providers outside of session time are billable. Please ask about specific fees if you need these services.

Using insurance and diagnosis

Insurance plans generally require a mental health diagnosis to cover therapy. We'll talk openly about what that means for you, so you can decide whether to use insurance or self-pay.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, if you are uninsured or not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost. Ask for one at any time before scheduling. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
