With over a decade of experience, Erin has worked with diverse populations, including children, families, adolescents, and adults. Licensed in both California and Utah (CMHC, LPCC) as a board-certified C-DBT therapist, Erin brings a broad range of therapeutic expertise to her practice, providing tailored support to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Individual Therapy

I offer individualized therapy designed to help you explore your emotions, gain insight into your behaviors, and develop effective coping strategies in a safe, supportive environment.

Family Counseling

I provide family counseling to help improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships, creating a supportive environment for families to work through challenges together.

MBCBT combines mindfulness practices with cognitive therapy to help you manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and increase overall well-being.

15-min Consultation

The 15-minute consultation call is an opportunity for us to discuss your goals, explore how I can support you, and determine if we’re a good fit to work together on your journey toward healing.

First Appointment

During our first session, we’ll dive deeper into your unique challenges, discuss your goals for therapy, and begin building a foundation for our work together in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Ongoing Sessions

In our ongoing sessions, we’ll use tailored strategies and therapeutic modalities to address your needs, helping you navigate challenges and support your continued healing and growth.

Evaluation

During the evaluation, we’ll review your progress, assess the effectiveness of the strategies and modalities used, and adjust our approach as needed to ensure continued growth and healing.

Each individual therapy session is $150, with payment due at the end of the session. I do accept insurance; please reach out via the contact page to discuss coverage and the billing process.

At this time I only offer telehealth meetings.

You can schedule a session based on your needs—weekly, bi-weekly, once every three weeks, or once a month. If you are new to therapy, it is recommended to start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions for the best progress. Sessions are conducted via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms (Alma, Tava, or Google Meet).

I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee.

We offer a range of therapies, including Trauma (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCBT), Art Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

Yes, any letters, documentation, or contact with your care team for case consultation outside of session time is considered billable time and will result in additional charges. Please inquire about specific fees if you require these services.
